Extraterrestrials Argentinean Reports Alien Activity
AN ARGENTINEAN CITIZEN REPORTED SIGHTING AN ALIEN IN SAN MIGUEL DEL MONTE NEAR BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA. THIS INFORMATION HAS BEEN OBTAINED FROM A REPORT PUBLISHED BY "INEXPLITICA - THE JOURNAL OF HISPANIC UFOLOGY "ON 17 JUNE 2013 According to this report, the incident occurred in 2010 when a resident on Buenos Aires, travelled to the place with his family for a weekend vacation. He noticed the alien in some of the photos of his children, he has taken during the trip. The report explains what the witness saw in those photos."Upon developing them, says Ivan, the figure of a strange being - extremely tall and thin - was visible on the left margin of a photo, very near the edge of the lagoon or even standing on the water."The report also tells us that the images were submitted to Fundaci'on Argentina de Ovnilog'ia (FAO) by the witness. It also tells us that FAO analysts found the images to the authentic."The witness submitted the image to FAO, directed by Luis Burgos, whose technicians analyzed it, determining that it was authentic and was neither edited nor manipulated."The report further tells us how FAO experts met the witness and inquired about the incident. "By sheer chance, we had the opportunity to meet the protagonist and speak extensively about his experiences 'off the record', as is customarily said, and we agreed to have a subsequent 'formal' meeting."It also tells us that the witness was disturbed by the incident."The witness seemed extremely disturbed by the experience and during our initial encounter, declared having never displayed an interest in the UFO phenomenon."The report then mentions that the incident changed the witness's life."He told us, however, that the event had changed his life, making it hard for him to sleep, and bringing about visions of 'other worlds'."The report then cites the FAO experts and tells us why the incident should have been genuine."He never had health complaints of any kind, nor was he under the effects of any medication at the time, which is irrelevant in any event. Even if we were to ascribe the case to a hallucination on the part of the witness, it would not have been captured on modern photographic equipment."It further tells us how the witness agreed to answer a few questions raised by the FAO experts. It also tells us that the witness provided brief replies to these questions."We agreed to submit the witness to a series of questions, which he accepted. He was rather brief in his replies, unlike our earlier meeting."The report also mentions also the questions asked by the FAO experts, and the answers given to them by the witness. These questions and answers provide us with a fair amount of information about the incident. The report further concludes that incident was genuine and the image could not be explained.Source
