"I was trying to decipher the size of it because it looked larger than a star and planet. I asked my son to get my husband and come out to see it."
She describes how her husband also saw the object.
"He also saw it along with my son and couldn't understand what it was."
She tells us how the UFO went behind the trees.
"The UFO had moved very slowly behind some trees but we still tracked it."
The witness tells us how she alerted her neighbour about the UFO.
"By some time, maybe five to ten minutes my neighbor drove in to his driveway and I alerted him to this UFO."
She further tells us how they went to her neighbour's backyard to have a better look at the UFO. She also describes what her neighbor saw.
"We couldn't see it over at our house so we went into his backyard and saw it keep moving further to the west. He saw the flashing lights and also saw it emit a strobe like light"
The witness finally tells us that they could not reach a conclusion about what the object was. She also tells us that the object kept moving west, and informs us about her desire to know if anyone else saw the object.
"Finally no conclusion on what we saw. It kept moving west and objects were in our way. I think we all would like to know what this was, I really would like to know if anyone saw this."

Reader Submitted Report[Unedited]4-11-09 My first encounter was when I was camping at 15 yrs. old with a friend and his family in Charlestown, RI, in 1964, August, 9pm. Tommy and I were alone looking up at the stars at the pond's edge when we both saw a very bright 'star' exit quickly from the nearby ocean, in the distance, near Block Island. It zig-zagged at 45 degree angles, in a kind of 'jerky' motion, gaining speed until the last 'zag' sent it instantly into space. The whole thing lasted maybe 3 or 4 seconds. It was just a very bright white light.My most recent sighting was in April, 2006, in Perryville, Rhode Island, about 9pm as I was returning from a night class at URI nearby. As I swung off Rt. 1 onto the Ministerial Rd exit and intersection with Old Post Rd, I was a huge yellowish white light about 200ft above the intersection..I was shocked! No sound, just this light, about 10ft in diameter, and a small electric-green light flashing in what i'd say was the middle of the craft. There was another huge white light at the other 'wingtip' as I figured the craft was either triangle or chevron shaped. I stopped the car, got out, almost directly under it and watched in very slowly and smoothly pivot and move northeast over Ministerial Rd and toward the town of Wakefield. I lost sight of it quickly, almost too quickly; it may have vanished. I called the police in town and the dispatcher took my report seriously, saying no one elso has called in about it. Hoje a cidade 'e reconhecida mundialmente pela sua hist'oria.Porem ao longo dos anos vieram 'a superf'icie algumas imagens que despertaram interesse nos moradores de Varginha da qual a Fevereiro deste corrente ano 2011, Sofia Ara'ujo efectua algumas fotos de algo no c'eu reluzente, que imediatamente o investigador Ubirajara Franco Rodrigues, alerta para a possibilidade de ser um bal~ao metereologico.Porem as imagens continuam a surgir o que nos provoca muitas quest~oes e d'uvidas sobre a origem destes fen'omenos, e da sua natureza.A baixo um intrigante v'ideo realizado supostamente na cidade de Varginha que ter'a sido colocado no You Shaft, pelo usu'ario AlonsoDoze.Imediatamente o Jornal da cidade ( Folha de Varginha ) divulga na sua edic~ao no 113, este referido v'ideo onde cita o envio do mesmo para an'alise de um investigador experiente em Ufologia.Ap'os uma observac~ao rigorosa podemos constatar que o objecto em quest~ao tem o mesmo comportamento de uma aeronave de controlo remoto.Frequentemente o aeromodelismo tem vindo a ganhar um grande n'umero de adeptos deste evento nocturno, onde as suas aeronaves est~ao equipadas com variados tipos de luzes coloridas de forma a que o seu piloto consiga saber a sua real posic~ao e lhe permita orientac~ao de voo.Luzes estas e manobras que facilmente conseguem iludir qualquer pessoas que esteja afastada, at'e mesmo uma pessoa experiente na Ufologia.
