I really liked the first 3 Alien movies, Alien resurrection was good, but "over the top" with the storyline, the special effects were very good though, then along came Aliens v Predator which ruined the whole concept, as the 2 creatures were in totally different stories. I would like to throw forward a suggestion here, what could have happened in a 5th movie, was that the "Weyland-Yutani Corporation", (which should have been kept) planned to seek out the home planet of the so-called "Space jockey" which was found in the 1st movie on LV-426 Imagine it, a vast spaceship is built using metals mined from other worlds. ( as nearly all of Earth's resources have been exhausted) The "company" secretly obtained a logging device found in the derelict vessel when they had set up Hadley's Hope in the 2nd movie, and after a lot of complex de-coding of the material in it they then set off to say "Gamma Eridani 4, a planet 3/4 the size of Earth, hence the large statures of the "Space jockey" creatures or the "Scoplias" as they call themselves. (for instance) Will they be friendly or hostile? A new movie will have to be made to answer this question.
