FOTOCAT es un cat'alogo mundial de sucesos fotogr'aficos que cubre el periodo de 1900 a 2004. Su prop'osito es reunir todos los casos OVNI publicados (verdaderos o explicados) en los que se tom'o fotograf'ia, pel'icula o video. Desarrollado bajo los auspicios de la Fundaci'on Anomal'ia, nuestro plan consiste en difundirlo libremente en internet tan at present como 'este alcance un tama~no representativo y se finalice la entrada de datos a varias columnas "en construcci'on".

FOTOCAT, CASOS POR A~nO
Hemos preparado un gr'afico para mostrar la distribuci'on por a~no de los casos de FOTOCAT, de 1946 a 2004 (haga clic en la imagen para verla aumentada).
La distribuci'on anual es desigual y muestra a~nos "pico" y a~nos "valle". Los a~nos "oleada", si seguimos la jerga ufol'ogica, son 1950, 1952 y (r'ecord) 1954 para los a~nos cincuenta; 1965, 1966, (r'ecord) 1967 y 1968 en los a~nos sesenta; 1973 a 1978, con m'aximos en 1974 y 1978 en los a~nos setenta; los ochenta suponen una verdadera d'ecada valle, para volver a crecer el n'umero de informes en los a~nos noventa, con un alto nivel de 1990 a 1997, con 1996 de a~no r'ecord. En el reci'en estrenado siglo XXI, el a~no 2002 muestra la cresta m'as acusada de toda la historia (probablemente debido a la r'apida difusi'on de informaci'on por internet), seguido de 2003.

Tres comentarios: el impacto de las historias de ovnis en USA en el outlook mundial es de importancia sobresaliente, como es bien sabido. Here is some footage of the comet ISON close up. This footage shows two cigar shaped UFOs orbiting the comet.
I believe these two UFOs are either hiding with the comet so they won't be detected by other aliens or...even more likely, these UFOs are escorting...guiding the comet to an unknown destination so that the aliens could harvest the valuable minerals it contains.
This is the second video in recent days of this comet. The first one shows that the comet is actually three different parts, two long and one round. This new video confirms that its fact. Two videos...confirming the same thing. This is not coincidence.
Now for the scary part. This comet is supposed to pass so close to earth that you will be able to see it with a telescope. Are these UFOs guiding the comet to use it to impact the Earth? The comet is 5km or 3.1 miles across! Enough to do the job...an extinction event.
Look at it this way, when scientists finish an experiment that they used dog or monkeys in, when the experiment is finished, the destroy all the animals. In this way the experiment will not pollute other possible experiments. If humanity is just an alien experiment then this is what we can expect one day. SCW

UFO SIGHTING IN SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH ON OCTOBER 4TH 2013 - OBJECT THAT APPEARS TO BE A STAR ON FIRST GLANCE.
I have seen this object for months. Always in the southwest sky.It appears at first glance to be a very bright star. You could think it was Venus. This object hovers for 20 minutes, then it moves. It is under the cloud cover and descends in front of the mountain range, mountain range. On this particular night, it changed shapes. it was round then changed into an oval. It pulsed and emitted light. I had two friends who witnessed it from a different location.

Following on from our earlier installments of the infamous Rendlesham Forest UFO encounter we now look at the tape recording made by Colonel Halt and his team of men whom bravely ventured into Rendlesham Forest on the night of 28th December 1980 (not the 29th December as indicated within Colonel Halt's report see Rendlesham Forest UFO Disinformation Prt 2).

LT COLONEL HALT: You say there are other trees that are damaged in a similar fashion?

It's er... some type of abrasion or something in the ground were the pine needles are pushed back were we get a high radiact... err high reading about a deflection of er, two to three, maybe four, depending on the point of it.

LT COLONEL HALT: Heat or some form of energy, it's hardly heat at this stage of the game.
LT COLONEL HALT: Looking directly overhead, one can see an opening in the trees, plus some freshly broken pine branches on the ground underneath. Looks like some of them came off about fifteen to twenty feet up. Some small branches about inch or less in diameter.
SGT NEVILLES: Twenty eight... seven...
SGT NEVILLES:... definite pigmentation...
SGT NEVILLES: Right on this position here. Straight ahead in between the trees...
SGT NEVILLES: It throw the hell off my flashlight there.
SGT NEVILLES: We don't know sir.
LT COLONEL HALT: The light is gone now. It was approximately 120 degrees from the site.
LT COLONEL HALT: Is it back again?
LT COLONEL HALT: Well douse flashlights then. Let's go back to the edge of the clearing then, so we can get a better look at it. See if you can get the starscope on it. The light's still there and all the barnyard animals have gotten quiet now. We're heading about 110 -120 degrees from the site, out through the clearing now. Still getting a reading on the meter about 2 clicks. Needles jumped 3-4 clicks getting stronger.
LT COLONEL HALT: Right, I just turned the meter off. Better say that again, about 4 feet off the ground, about a 110 degrees, getting the reading of about 4 clicks.
LT COLONEL HALT: I... I think it's something here on the ground. I think it's something... very large...
LT COLONEL HALT: We just bumped into the first light that we've seen. We're about a 150 -200 yards from the site. Everything else is just deathly calm. There's no doubt about it, there's some kind of strange flashing red light ahead.
LT COLONEL HALT: I saw a yellow tinge in it too. Weird. It appears to be making a little bit this way?
LT COLONEL HALT: It's brighter than it has been...It's coming this way. It's definitely coming this way.
LT COLONEL HALT: Pieces of it are shooting off.
LT COLONEL HALT: There's no doubt about it; this is weird.
SGT NEVILLES: There's two lights. One light to the right and one light to the left.
SGT NEVILLES: OK, I have an indication that this is a vague reading too
SGT NEVILLES: The cable has been removed
MASTER SERGEANT BALL: It just moved to the right... went off to the right

LT COLONEL HALT: What kinda readings are we getting now? We're getting three good clicks on the meteor and we're seeing strange lights in the sky.
LT COLONEL HALT: 3.05: We see strange err, strobe like flashes to the err... almost sporadic, but there's definitely something there, some kind of phenomena. 3.05: At about err... 10 degrees horizon err directly north, we got two strange objects, err...half moon shape, dancing about with colored lights on them. but err. it has to be about 5-10 miles out, maybe less. The half moons have now turned into full circles as though there was an eclipse or something there for a minute or two.
SGT NEVILLES: There's one to the left.
