She tells us how the UFO went behind the trees.
"The UFO had moved very slowly behind some trees but we still tracked it."
The witness tells us how she alerted her neighbour about the UFO.
"By some time, maybe five to ten minutes my neighbor drove in to his driveway and I alerted him to this UFO."
She further tells us how they went to her neighbour's backyard to have a better look at the UFO. She also describes what her neighbor saw.
"We couldn't see it over at our house so we went into his backyard and saw it keep moving further to the west. He saw the flashing lights and also saw it emit a strobe like light"
The witness finally tells us that they could not reach a conclusion about what the object was. She also tells us that the object kept moving west, and informs us about her desire to know if anyone else saw the object.

It was in the evening of a day in late May 1974 although I cannot be sure of the exact date. I was a Squadron Leader at the RAF station at Akrotiri in Cyprus.
I was standing with my friend and fellow officer, Flight Lieutenant (name removed), in the garden of my married quarter on base and we were discussing the plans for an RAF Akrotiri mountaineering expedition to Iran. It was a moonlit night with a clear sky and no clouds.
As we were speaking a rather strange looking craft appeared in the dark sky to the East. It was heading towards us and appeared to have a very large wing span. It was moving at about the same cruising speed as a modern passenger aircraft.
As it came nearer we could see that it was unlike any aircraft we had ever seen. It became clear that it was in the shape of a giant cross of Lorraine and flying in the direction of the top of the cross. It is difficult to estimate its altitude with no reference points but my estimation is at least 10,000 feet.

In size it was enormous and probably at least ten times bigger than any aircraft in service at that time. The fuselage appeared a grey-black colour in the moonlight and there were no lights showing.
It appeared to be constructed from a long thin fuselage and two cross members of similar width towards the forward end of the fuselage - hence the two-barred cross of Lorraine shape. The forward cross member was shorter than the rear cross member. The majority of the fuselage length was to the rear of the rear cross member.
The craft was generating no noise and certainly no jet engine noise but from each end of the rear cross member a long plume of blue and yellow flame was emitted. The plumes were nearly as long as the rest of the fuselage. The plumes could imply the craft was in the atmosphere and burning some form of fuel.
The craft was travelling in an East to West direction parallel with the Southern coast of Cyprus. However, since Akrotiri is a narrow peninsula most of its track would have been over the sea.

Our first reaction was not that we had seen a UFO! But this was during the time of the Cold War and in those days we had no Internet to research the spacecraft that had been built. We assumed the craft was a space station built by the Americans or the Russians and that it was probably burning up after re-entering the Earth's atmosphere. Certainly it looked like a space station and could have been a mother ship.
However, over the course of time it was evident from further investigation that there were no spacecraft of comparable size and structure around in 1974. Indeed it was much larger than all space stations which have been in orbit since then.
So the deduction is that what we saw was a UFO and I now wish to record our observation for posterity. However, as a personal opinion, I do not feel that this was a UFO manned by extra-terrestrial beings. Rather I take the view that what we saw in 1974 was a snapshot of a future time and that the craft was manmade by our successors in the future.
This would imply time travel, but according to a number of websites on the Internet (eg: "http://nostradamus.time-loops.net/UFO.htm") it may be possible for future space travellers to travel back in time using science and technology which are currently unkown today.

El objetivo no era en realidad en movimiento, parec'ia inm'ovil. No era un avi'on, ni en helic'optero, avi'on bi-, globo sonda, brotes o cualquier otra cosa por el estilo. On November 8th my husband made an offhand comment that he thought he had seen a ufo the previous night. Coming from him, I was shocked because he had never said anything like that. He explained that the previous night he had been outside talking on the phone since the reception was better out there. The sky was very clear and he saw a bright object that at first he thought was a star or a planet but as he watched it over the next hour he realized it would move very slightly but continued to shine. I couldn't believe he hadn't come to show me! Since we live right next to Ft. Bragg I reasoned it was some military aircraft but he is a former Marine and said it didn't look like that and had no sound. I was joking and said maybe it will be back tonight. We looked outside after sun set, about 7:15 pm -- and it was there. We got my daughter's play binoculars and I watched it. This was Nov. 8th. It was a very bright white round light. As I watched it, it remained in almost the exact same spot without decreasing in size. It looked like a bright star but it seemed to turn slowly and a red light could be seen briefly. It was just above the treeline whereas the night before it had been high in the sky. I couldn't figure out how it could stay in the same place for that long moving only slowly up or down but not basically moving. It disappeared after about an hour. It was back tonight, the 10th, but back up high in the sky. I wish someone could tell me what it is because I've never seen anything like it. I have lived next to Bragg for years and I'm used to planes flying in and out, but this is something different. I have never given much thought to ufos but once I saw this I felt perplexed.

Aparecen de la nada y se esfuman en la nada pot tus propios ojos. Parecen humanos pero no se sienten como humanos. Tiene algo dentro de ellos que resulta inquietante para los verdaderos humanos.
Antes de aparecer y despu'es de desaparecer se siente una ola fr'ia que hace temblar y un olor intenso a azufre en el aire. Adem'as, tienen la abilidad de sentir si un verdadero humano los est'a observando desde un escondite o la oscuridad.
Son seres telep'aticos y hasta peligrosos en algunas ocasiones. Si te tocan con su dedo en tu frente, te pueden volver loco, como en la pel'icula "Enemigo sobrenatural", "o si lo hacen en el cuerpo te pueden dejar inv'alido.
Es lo que cuentan las personas que han tenido la oportunidad de contactar o experimentar la presencia de estos seres misteriosos, los cuales para unos entendidos son seres de otros planetas, es decir son EBES (entidades biol'ogicas extraterrestres).
Hay expertos que dicen que no son EBES sino entidades interdimensionales (EIDS). Y algunos investigadores se~nalan que estos "bichos" son en realidad demonios o djinns que se hacen pasar por humanos, duendes, fantasmas o aliens.
Lo cierto es que est'an aqu'i. Viven entre nosotros y pueden adoptar o shapeshiftear (ing. "shapeshift", "cambiar de forma") y asumir forma humana o material, especialmente perros negros o serpientes gigantes cuando quieren asustar a la gente.
Para pasar inadvertidos entre los humanos, estos EBES suelen tomar forma de ni~nos o ancianos, de esta manera la gente terr'icola los dejar'a en paz.
A veces, para atraer a los hombres, estos EBES o EIDS se convierten en mujeres guapas. Pero la cosa no suele acabar bien.
Sabemos de un caso de un joven parrandero en los alrededores de Managua, Nicaragua, que sol'ia irse de juerga a otro poblado cercano y vecino. Le gustaba la noche para que nadie lo viera. Se llamada JAMONEO ESPARCIAGO.
El hombre guardaba un secreto. Era un violador de mujeres. Aunque 'el dec'ia que se las "conquistaba con sus dulces susurros".
Una de esas salidas nocturnas, un d'ia de noviembre de all'a por 1965, este violador permanentemente embramado" se top'o con una bella doncella muy "chichona" por el camino y aprovech'o la ocasi'on para echarle todo el arte de conquista que 'el hab'ia aprendido leyendo unos libritos de oraciones y poemas especialmente escritos para estos quehaceres, esos que ocupan la mente de los humanos adultos d'ia y noche.
Sus cuenteos le dieron buen resultado a Jamoneo, pues al poco rato de lavarle la cabeza con rid'iculas dulzuras la chica estuvo dispuesta a entregar su dulcinea al galante aventurero.
Se prepar'o para la acci'on en el campo de batalla del medievo en flor y justo cuando el carruaje del caballero Jamoneo estaba entrando en el castillo de ella, 'el suspir'o satisfecho pero no le dur'o nada pues aquella que pareciera una aquella se hab'ia convertido en un monstruo gigante lagartoide de color verde.
Una bestia infernal con ojos encendidos como brasas (Fig. 1), escamosa, fornida y fuerte, tanto que de un s'olo "chachimbazo" lanz'o por el aire y tumb'o al asustado caballero quien cay'o al suelo sonando como una calabaza podrida.

El lagarto verde r'apidamente le di'o la vuelta a Jamoneo y le meti'o su propio jam'on extraterrestre hasta la vig'esima dimensi'on gal'actica.
Eso es lo que Jamoneo dijo que "sinti'o en sus adentros". El pobre temblaba y sudaba cuando nos relataba su experiencia con el "diablo".
Pero podr'ia haber ocurrido otra cosa. Alg'un experimento cient'ifico de los EBES, pues Jamoneo dijo que a menudo ten'ia pesadillas con "demonios" y que en ciertas ocasiones ten'ia tiempo perdido.
Jamoneo ten'ia miedo de que sus sospechas fueran ciertas, de que los "diablos" lo sacaban de la cama por las noches. Por lo que el cura de la parroquia le hab'ia dado un escapulario bendito despu'es de una confesi'on, con la advertencia que dejara de andar por el monte en la noche. A'un as'i Jamoneo no dorm'ia tranquilo.
?Estar'ia el EBE que hab'ia "violado" a Jamoneo extrayendo muestras intestinales o mierda para averiguar qu'e comen o qu'e bichos pueblan el domestic de los humanos?
Despu'es de todo hoy d'ia ya se sabe que la microbiota intestinal es de suma importancia en los humanos, funcionando como una relaci'on donde los microorganismos son los titiriteros y el huesped humano el t'itere.
La composici'on y din'amica poblacional de los microorganismos intestinales es enorme y afecta la conducta, fisiolog'ia y salud de los humanos. Nada menos en el intestino grueso de un humano adulto habitan unas 1011-1012 bacterias/g, comprendiendo varios cientos de diferentes especies, seg'un P'erez Chaia ">Siendo as'i es de suponer que a los EBES o EIDS estar'ian interesados en saber c'omo funcionan los humanos, los seres m'as peligrosos que jam'as hayan caminado sobre la faz de la Tierra.
Por suerte, el viaje gal'actico fue como un entrar y salir del infierno. Y el pobre Jamoneo qued'o all'i tirado y jamoneado por el resto de la noche.
Al siguiente d'ia, Jamoneo no se acordaba de nada. Excepto que durante cinco d'ias sufri'o un loud dolor a la hora de ir a "evacuar su cerote" en el monte.
Jamoneo jur'o con todas las fuerzas de su alma que todo lo que le hab'ia sucedido era la pura verdad y que no estaba borracho ni tampoco hab'ia consumido ninguna droga en el momento de los hechos.
Sus vecinos nos constataron que este macho que ya no era macho "nunca hab'ia bebido ni fumado" y que "no era mentiroso" excepto en aquellas ocasiones cuando ofrec'ia el cielo y la tierra a las mujeres solteras y casadas para obtener su tesoro.
Tampoco el contactado estaba "mal de la cabeza" o hab'ia pasado por alg'un promontorio de rocas gran'iticas que hubiesen afectado sus sesos, lo suficiente como para producirle visiones esa noche.
El afectado incluso contaba que le hab'ia quedado una cicatriz en el fundillo, pues la bestia verde le hab'ia timbre da~no justo donde m'as le dol'ia.
Despu'es de lo sucedido, Jamoneo Esparciago nunca m'as volvi'o a salir por la noche a cazar dulcineas. Dicen que el cura sonri'o y di'o gracias a Dios.
No vaya a ser que un "diablo lo joda otra vez por donde se evacuan los desechos de la comida de antiayer", "asegur'o Jamoneo.
Y habiendo sido "atravesado" por un "extraterrestre", Jamoneo nos pidi'o una cosa en caso de contar "su contacto": dejar en el anonimato su nombre verdadero y su direcci'on en Nicaragua. Hemos cumplido sus deseos.
No es el primero que nos ha contado sobre estos seres de "ultratumba" y pervertidos que abusan de los hombres que abusan de las mujeres.
Cumpli'endose una vez m'as el dicho que miserable que "cuando uno se muere, nadie se va debiendo nada".
Casos donde los EBES o EIDS son vistos y no vistos son muchos. Ocurren alrededor de la la Tierra donde habitan humanos.

Pero no estamos hablando de que te pongas "embramado y se te encimarronen los ovarios o test'iculos o se te afloje la caca en las tripas porque tus ojos aceleran tu imaginaci'on al ver algo que no deber'ias de ver de tu vecino o vecina.
Estamos hablando de EBES y su presencia solapada y encubierta en la Tierra.
As'i, la pr'oxima vez que veas a tu vecino, m'iralo bien "a la scientifique "no vaya ser que sea un EBE shapeshifteado en ser humano y al menor descuido te zampe su jam'on.
Pero vamos, no te pases pensando que est'as totalmente rodeado de EBES. Pero hay humanos que son humanos y hay humanos que NO SON HUMANOS. As'i lo han declarado expertos en lo paranormal y exobiolog'ia y algunos dignatarios.
Por otro lado, recuerda que la aldea worldwide de humanos de verdad est'a llena de locos y psic'opatas encubiertos o declarados. Es un aut'entico zool'ogico.
Suficientes humanos andan sueltos por all'i que son aut'enticos diablos o andan endiablados y te pueden joder si andas despistado o ido, desde ver la viga de sus ojos en los tuyos para causarte problemas o robar suavemente tu billetera hasta mandarte al quinto infierno.
Desde arriba hasta abajo, hay podredumbre. A'un as'i, tambi'en hay muchos frutos sanos en el Vi~nedo del Se~nor.
Hay expertos que dicen que estamos gobernados por una colonia de satanistas y demonios.
Para colmo de males, como nos ha dicho un sabio pastor (Marcelino Asensio) de Arag'on (Espa~na): "Los malos est'an unidos y los buenos no".
Siendo as'i, lo malo vende, lo bueno poco o nada. Posiblemente si pusi'eramos a los 7 billones de humanos en una balanza, habr'ia m'as descarrilados viviendo en la oscuridad y comidos por el diablo que personas alumbradas por la Luz o llenas de Luz.
De lo contrario el mundo constru'ido por los humanos ser'ia muy "humano", en el sentido de lo positivo, 'eticamente hablando.

Dicen que Di'ogenes anda a'un por all'i con su l'ampara buscando a aquel que deber'ia tener dentro a Aquel.
De tal manera que ser'a mejor que vigiles lo que das al mundo porque mierda ya tenemos suficiente y si t'u le a~nades m'as mierda a este mundo, estamos perdidos.
Trata de darle al mundo lo mejor que tu coraz'on puede dar.
Todos debemos de esmerarnos en ser lo mejor que podemos ser.
Y por supuesto, debemos cuidar del medio ambiente, debemos cuidar, respetar y amar al maravilloso planeta Tierra y sus hijos, para que aquellos que lo hereden no digan que 'eramos unos mierdas y nos maldigan por no haber sido al menos un poco cuerdos, un poco "sapiens "en su debido momento.
De lo que cada uno de nosotros haga e irradie en su entorno hoy mismo depende el futuro, el cual ya est'a aqu'i: Tu y nosotros lo somos.
Por lo tanto, la tarea es para hoy. Pela el ojo pero brilla al mismo tiempo.

SCIENTIFIC REPORT CONFIRMS AN ALIEN PRESENCE IN PUERTO RICO?
Many of the unidentified objects and luminous anomalous phenomena originate in
a zone south of the island of Vieques, coming out from or entering the sea.
The object was sucking water from the sea, and the water was swirling like in
a blender. A column of bright green light, similar to that of a powerful
spotlight, was coming out from under the object.
Dr. Mark Carlotto recently made public an excellent report and scientific
analysis on the several anomalies that appear in the videos of space shuttle
STS-48 and STS-80 missions. (See Anomalous Phenomena In Space Shuttle Mission
Sts-80 Video in Dr. Carlotto's 'New Frontiers in Science' web page -
newfrontiersinscience.com).
Something that called our attention more specifically in that report was the
event he identifies as F-1 in the STS-80 mission video, that originates,
according to Dr. Carlotto's findings, in an area located to the east of Puerto
Rico, specifically in a zone south of the island of Vieques.
The 'anomaly' consists of a large luminous object that seemed to come out from
the sea at a point located in the south of the island of Vieques, and ascends to
space, all the while being registered by the shuttle's camera. As it approaches
the space shuttle, the object veers to its left and disappears from sight.
In our latest book in the English language, Vieques: Caribbean UFO Cover-Up of
the Third Kind, I report on many UFO/ alien related incidents that have occurred
in that same area. We believe Dr. Carlotto's findings pertaining to event F-1 are
very important because it CONFIRMS the situation we have been reporting for five
years now: Many of the unidentified objects and luminous anomalous phenomena
described in the book originate precisely in that same zone, coming out from or
entering the sea.
There have been many such important incidents reported by both Puerto Rico
State policemen as well as Vieques Municipal policemen, US Navy security
personnel, Vieques Municipal government employees and officials, fishermen,
pilots, civilian pacifist protestors and many residents.
PRESIDENT CLINTON'S SECRET SPECIAL ORDER
After the arrests of many civilian protestors on Vieques on May 4, 2000, other
events took place, some of which surprised even the political leaders of Puerto
Rico. One such event was the blockade made around Vieques by US Coast Guard
ships, not allowing Vieques fishermen to go out to sea and earn their daily
sustenance.
A popular radio program in Puerto Rico, "Fuego Cruzado" (Crossfire), which
analyzes political and social subjects, questioned the action taken by the Coast
Guard. During the program, panelist Carlos Gallis, a pro-Independence
analyst, asked under what orders the US Coast Guard acted in such a manner, as
normally they would not be authorized to put up a blockade.
Soon it became known that the Coast Guard was acting under a classified order
issued by President William Clinton, who declared the zone of Vieques as "...one
in state of rebellion." Why would acts of peaceful civil disobedience be
considered acts of rebellion?, asked the panelists.
The so-called secret, special order had been issued by President Clinton under
the provisions of the US National Security Act, and it stated that the situation
taking place in Vieques dangerously affected the relations of the United States
with another nation, a foreign power, and emphasized that this was very dangerous
to the national security interest of the United States.
The panel on the radio program asked which nation this was, as such a
justifying statement to issue the order "...did not make any sense." Without
knowing it, the panel touched a nerve on the subject of Vieques; it was something
never discussed, having major implications and which worried US national security
strategists.
The truth is that none of the nations which participated in bombing exercises
with the US Navy and experimented with new weapons around Vieques represented any
danger to the United States. So, to what nation or "foreign power" was President
Clinton referring when he issued this classified order, and why was it
classified?
The answer to this could very well be that the "foreign power" President
Clinton was speaking of was an alien civilization represented by beings who seem
to live underground in the areas of the El Yunque Rain Forest, in the east region
of Puerto Rico, and under the sea around the area of Vieques, several miles off
the west coast of Puerto Rico.
Examples of such a presence in the area are triangle-shaped UFOs suspended
over a US Navy Airstrip and UFOs rising from the sea. We interviewed the Director
of the Vieques Municipal Police, Officer Wilfredo Feliciano, who informed us of a
series of important observations.
TRIANGULAR UFO
The first sighting took place during the summer of 1997 (around 9 p.m.) when
Feliciano was driving his car on Route 997, which runs from Esperanza sector to
Isabel II. At the intersection of a place known as Marta's Alley, he became aware
of an intense yellow light hanging motionless in the sky some distance away.
Intrigued, he parked the car at the left edge of the road to observe the light
more carefully
"It was a real big triangular object," he stated, "completely engulfed in a
bright yellow light... It seemed to be at an altitude of about 500 feet above
the ground, over property belonging to Camp Garc'a. I figured the altitude
based on the height of some trees in the area. What intrigued me the most was
that the thing was suspended right over the area where the US Navy has an
airstrip or runway for their planes to land and take off... And that it was an
unidentified flying object.
"There were no military exercises at the time, so what was that object, that
triangle of light, doing there over the runway? Thinking that I was observing
something I shouldn't be seeing, I left the site at once. But from that moment
on, I realized something very strange is taking place on the lands controlled by
the US Navy.
"Some days later, my wife told me that she saw a similar object, also at
night, suspended over the exact same place I had seen the object, over Camp
Garc'a's runway. The next weekend, as we were driving to her mother's home,
we saw another one of those triangles. This time our sons were with us in the
car; they saw it too."
Feliciano and his family observed the object from a distance of two miles, and
even from that distance, they described its size to be three to four feet in
length, which indicates the object was very large. He also told us that, as part
of his duties with the municipal police, he had to patrol the land west of
Vieques, until then still under US Navy control, and on many occasions he
witnessed brightly lit UFOs emerging from the sea in Punta Arenas sector and
flying away at great speed in the night sky. Often the objects would make several
fast turns before leaving the area.
"This has happened on many occasions, sometimes between 9 and 11 p.m., and
sometimes around 2 or 3 in the morning. They come out from the sea at a spot
right in the middle between Punta Arenas and Roosevelt Roads Naval Station in
Ceiba."
LARGE SAUCER CRAFT ABSORBS WATER FROM THE SEA
Witness Carlos Zen--n is a Viequense fisherman and one of the leaders
involved in the movement to remove the US Navy from the island. Both he and his
sons suffered periods of incarceration in the US federal prison in Puerto Rico
because of their commitment to this cause.
Once certain of the seriousness of our investigation, Mr. Zen--n gave us
his testimony on some impressive situations he personally witnessed, commenting
on possible involvement by the US Navy with the UFO / alien incidents experienced
by the people of Vieques. He stated:
"These sort of events have been
occurring here (in Vieques) for some time. It is not something new. On one
occasion in 1996, I was fishing with some other fishermen out at sea. We were a
couple of miles south of La Esperanza. It was about 9:00 PM when we suddenly saw
something unexpected. We saw several very bright spheres of light come out from
the top of Cerro Ventana (mountain located in the south of Vieques).
"These globes of light were of a blue-white hue and seemed to come right out
from the top of the hill. They circled the hill and flew out to sea to the south,
flying right over us. They made several quick circles and angle turns. You could
hear a slight hissing or whistling sound, almost inaudible, which seemed to come
from them.
"After that, they returned to Playa Grande and Cerro Ventana, areas controlled
by the US Navy, and disappeared inside the mountain. It was as if they had merged
with the side of the mountain.
"The most impressive event was when we encountered a huge object at night
while out at sea fishing. I was with An'bal Corcino and his father, and we
had just come out from La Esperanza.
"I wasn't aware of the object at first because I was the captain and in charge
of the rudder at the time. An'bal and his father saw it and yelled,
'Carlos, look at that!' I looked back and saw this huge... a sort of craft. It
came out from the sea near the Playa Grande lagoon, in the south, where the
Navy's (Raytheon) ROTHR radar system is installed. It rose from its position and
started moving closer to us.
"It was an extraordinary huge craft, immense, with many lights all around it.
It was a flying saucer, a round disc-like craft, but really huge in size. It was
at some distance from us, but clearly visible due to its size and the lights it
had all over it, yellow, blue, and red lights.
"The peculiar thing about all this was that the object, that saucer, was
taking in water from the sea. The water at the sea's surface was swirling in a
circle, and jumping, as if boiling. It was like a whirlpool. It seemed to be
going up into the saucer in a column of water.
"We were all very impressed. It was the first time in my life that I have seen
anything like this craft. From where we were, it looked to be about 40 to 50 feet
in diameter, and we were about a mile and a half away from it. That can give you
some idea of the size.
"But what impressed me the most was that it was sucking water from the sea,
and the water was swirling like in a blender. A column of bright green light,
similar to that of a powerful spotlight, was coming out from under the object.
There was a hole there and the beam came out downwards, vertically. The water
went up into the saucer through the beam of light. After that, the object flew
away to the west at a fantastic speed and disappeared in a matter of seconds.
"Many other people have seen these type of crafts, so called flying saucers,
in both the western and eastern parts of Vieques. If we analyze this situation
more deeply, we can see that these areas are controlled by the US Navy, and the
Navy has never denounced this situation. They must have some knowledge of what is
taking place. They just don't seem to care about the presence of these
objects.
"Because of this we must ask ourselves if there is some sort of communication
or collaboration between these crafts' occupants and people from the US Navy. But
this is difficult to ascertain. It is a complex situation. We must ask ourselves
what is going on because the Navy never denounces this and they (the Navy) have
been here for 62 years.
"All this makes us wonder if there may be hidden reasons why the Navy forced
the inhabitants of Vieques out from their land to live in a small piece of land
in the center of the island. The Navy controls both the eastern and western
portions of Vieques on which there are large extensions of uninhabited and
restricted areas, also containing hills and beaches which no one has access
to.
"If these things are happening in these areas and the US Navy is somehow
involved, it would be very convenient for them to have this take place in these
areas because no one would see and know what they are doing there. It very well
could be also that the US Government and people from the Navy are secretly
studying this advanced type of technology, possibly of alien origin, in the area
of Vieques.
"Who knows? Maybe the things we have seen here are related to new aircraft
prototypes that are secretly being developed and tested. They could be in
contact, communicating with the crew of these crafts, the OVNIs (UFOs), and they
simply don't want the public to know.
"This situation is very serious. I kept silent all this time because people
can doubt what you say about this type of thing. Not everyone has had the
opportunity to see one of these crafts, especially one as big as the one we
saw.
"My sons and I have been jailed, imprisoned, only because we protested against
what they were doing in Vieques. I'm aware that US government agencies have
manipulated public opinion, the people who have never witnessed any of this. They
try to make them think that none of this (the UFO / alien reality) is happening,
and it is not real. They would probably begin a ridicule campaign against us and
at the same time use it to discredit the struggle of the people of Vieques to
achieve the ending of the Navy's bombing exercises. For this reason, I restrained
from making any comments until now.
"But the people from our country, especially from Vieques, know me, and they
know that everything I do is based on my convictions and my principles. They know
that I'm not publicity oriented or someone who would invent this kind of thing
because of my concern that doing such a thing would hurt our seriousness and
therefore our efforts to get the Navy out. That is our main goal. We have endured
many personal sacrifices because of our cause.
"The moment has come to discuss this matter. The Navy used chemical and
biological weapons in Vieques, an inhabited island. The use of such weapons is
prohibited near populated areas. They denied it until recently, when it was
verified by documents from the Pentagon.
"They also used live ammo with depleted uranium, and denied it until it was
also proven. That is why, due to everything we have seen here, they can be using
Vieques to make contact with these crafts and their crew, and keep it secret.
Maybe, if a group of disciplined individuals such as yourself investigates and
discloses everything, the US Navy would feel forced to reveal it is happening.
But something is definitely going on, and the US Navy is somehow involved, and
won't say what it is."
OTHER ANOMALOUS EVENTS

* An apparent covert US NAVY UFO/Alien contact program and an advanced alien
technology testing program in Vieques.
AUTHOR NOTE
The US Navy has stopped its bombing and military maneuvers in Vieques, but
except for a sector of land in the western region of Vieques all other lands
previously controlled and restricted by that military agency were passed on to
the US Department of the Interior. This department subsequently placed it under
the control of the US Fish and Wildlife Service. The US Fish and Wildlife Agency
has converted the areas (Camp Garc'a, the bombing site and the Playa Grande
sector where the ROTHR radar system is located, as well as Kian' lagoon) to
a wildlife refuge.
Access to these areas is now even more restricted to the public than it was
during the US Navy's control. What else could be happening that is being kept
from the people of Puerto Rico and the rest of the world?

After having very little write about this week, I have suddenly been deluged with blockbusters: a potentially amazing interview for my J. Allen Hynek book; the first entry in the "Name The Alien" contest; a nerve-rattling journey along the creepiest road in our County; and now this... I got this strange and intriguing email today from my MUFON State Director. It was a copy of a letter she had just sent to a UFO witness, forwarded to me "FYI:"
"Dear Hxxxxx:"Thank you for completing your sighting report. If I'm understanding correctly, your sighting took place in 2011 when you were 8 so you're now 10. In order to communicate further with you, I'd need to have your parent's permission and have them present when we talk on the phone. If you want me to send out a permission form to them, please send me their names and address."

Very odd indeed... As I said, it's been a quiet couple of days and I had no idea that I had any new cases before me. So I looked it up on the MUFON database and sure enough, there's a freshly-submitted report of a 2011 sighting attributed to a very young girl and her even younger brother. And because the sighting is alleged to have taken place a mere 10 miles from me, the case is mine!
Furthermore, Vxxxx has already done the basic footwork for me: she has found the names of a couple in a nearby town who could be the parents of said child, but there doesn't seem to be a number listed for them.
So, I am completely dependent on the little nipper getting her parents' permission to talk to me. If she can't, this will be one short investigation. Which would be a shame, because it's an interesting case, and reminds me a lot of my friend Jxxx's childhood UFO sighting with his sister...
If this is legit -- and I'm reserving judgement until I know more -- the little girl who filed the report is scary smart and self-possessed to an almost unbelievable degree. I would recount her written description, but I have something better. The girl drew a picture of the object she and her brother saw in the sky and submitted a video with her sighting report in which she explains in detail what you see in the picture she drew...
It's kind of amazing... especially at the end when she says that "If you see something like this, especially in Wisconsin, report it."
I really don't know whether it's for real or a very convincing put-up job, but I really hope this kid coughs up the parental permission so I can find out more.

Since I've started getting s from ufo stalker on my smart phone, I feel pretty on top of the UFO world. Not a day goes by that I don't get at least a handful of UFO sighting reports tweeted to me, and I have to say there is something kind of novel and engaging about having mind-bending, life-changing encounters with otherworldly entities related in 140 characters or less.There's no room for detail or nuance; a witness just has to go for maximum impact. Take this tweet, for instance: "Witness husband does not believe his own eyes but small a small entity." In any other medium, that statement is the windup to the pitch, but as a tweet it's the whole ball game. Astonishing. I wonder what else I might have learned if the tweeter hadn't felt the need to mention that the husband "does not believe his own eyes." That's 30 precious characters wasted right there, 30 characters that could have been used to... oh, I don't know, "describe the small entity "maybe.Anyway, as a good UFO Field Investigator, I decided to follow up on the tweet by looking up the full sighting report at MUFON.com. It turns out that this case may have been better left as a tweet, because in its full form it almost had too much detail... There, on the UFO locator map, I discovered that this encounter had taken place on November 23rd of this year in Liberty, North Carolina. The full report starts out by saying that "The witness is husband to a lady that has had sightings, missing time, and found herself standing naked in her living room at 2 AM recently." Now, there are many reasons why one might find ones self standing naked in one's living room at 2 AM, not all of them having to do with UFOs. But, I thought the witness was the "husband"... Why is the wife inserting herself into the narrative in a state of undress? Why does she have to make this about her?But the husband quickly reclaims center stage in the next sentence: "The husband saw what he described as a being about 4 feet tall with long hair. It was in the hallway for 2 seconds looking at him. Then it disappeared into a mist."Why was the husband in the hallway? Didn't he know that his naked wife was standing in the living room? And why in this version of the story does the husband apparently believe his own eyes? Because I wouldn't have believed mine. Not for a second. It's not the being's small size that jars me, nor is it the being's ability to disappear into a mist, nor is it even the very idea that there could "be "a mist in one's hallway. It's the long hair that jars me. "Greys" don't have hair. Reptoids certainly don't have hair. So where does this little long-haired 4-footer fit in?Whoever MUFON assigns to this case, I hope he or she separates the husband and wife and questions them separately. And I hope the wife is wearing something.
